Next Meeting 8/2/07

The next meeting of our board will be Thursday, August 2nd at 7pm. Meeting will be held at 3375 Redbud Court. If its nice out, it will be out on the back deck.

Items that will be on the agenda are:

1. Determining board positions (President, Treasurer, Secretary, etc.)

2. Review of financials.

3. Review Annual Meeting items.

4. Discuss what fountain we would like to get.

5. Outstanding covenant violations

6. Collections

2007 Annual Meeting

The annual meeting will be Monday, July 16th, 2007. The meeting will be held at the Christ United Methodist Church in Westfield. The meeting will start at 7 PM.
