April 2007 Financials

We had our board meeting last night and the financials were passed out. Below is the balance sheet as of April 5th and the Accounts Receivable as of April 5th. I have hidden the names of those that are behind. But the amounts are there to be seen. As of today, April 6th, everyone that has not paid, will be sent to collections. We have contracted with a collections company that will not charge us an upfront fee to collect. They get paid when they get the money from the homeowner.
