Next Board Meeting February 7th, 2007

The next board meeting will be February 7th, 2007 at 7 pm. The location of the meeting will be posted a week before the meeting.

Reminder about Garbage

Just a reminder that garbage cans are not to be left out in front of homes (or garages). Cans can be stored on the side of the homes if your neighbors do not object. Garbage in garbage bags MUST be kept inside of your garage or shed and may not be stored on the sides of your homes.

2007 Budget

Some items of note:

1. Dues will not be increased this year.
2. Dues will be paid only once, at the beginning of the year.
3. We will be able to put $2,263 into Reserves (Savings).
4. We have a buffer of $1,500 for this year.
5. We have allocated money for the replacement of the North Entrance Sign.
6. We are paying $1,000 less this year for Landscape Maint. than we did last year.

Meeting Tonight

Just a reminder that we have a meeting tomorrow at 7 pm. The meeting will be held at 3343 Redbud Ct.

• Status of the light fixture at the North Entrance.
• Status of uncollected dues from homeowners who filed bankruptcy.
  
• Answer any questions about the budget.
• Status of the mailing of the invoices to residents
