November Update

Just to give everyone an update. Below are two documents. The first document is the financials from October and the second document is the rough draft of the 2008 budget. At the moment, it appears that we will not be raising dues (last time they were raised was Jan 2005). We will also be able to replace the fountain in the pond as well as start upgrading our landscaping. With the added bonus of being able to save about 10% for our reserves.

We will be passing our budget at the next meeting, December 6th, allowing Blue Sky to send out the Invoices shortly there after.

For those that have not yet paid 2007 dues, they will be getting a letter from our attorney and if they have not paid within 30 days, they will be given a court date.
