As most of you know, a newsletter has been sent to all residents. There is a minor correction that needs to be made. At the bottom right of the first page, it shows the Annual Meeting taking place on July 7th. The annual meeting will actually be held on July 21st.
One of the questions that we received recently was about the color of paint for the mailbox posts. I have about 3/4 of a gallon of paint if anyone wants to use it to paint their posts. If you are wanting to get your own, you can go to Porter Paints and give them the following information:
Paint Type: Exterior Acrylic, Acri-Shield, pp518, Deep Base, Flat
